You have good teachers, very good teachers
“Every two minutes my son’s jumping around. It’s very strange because it’s a coding class, but he laughs every two minutes. And he was excited trying to find the answer…and he has fun. You have good teachers, very good teachers.”
– Héloïse L.
Stimulating yet entertaining classes
“Karl’s and Hector’s parents were very impressed with the work done by Ali, their sons’ tutor who showed an exceptional ability to connect with the boys despite all classes being over Zoom. Ali managed to teach stimulating yet entertaining classes, allowing the children to connect coding with robotics and making the experience a very tangible one.”

Filled with excitement and learning
“Our experience with CodeBrave Tutors was filled with excitement and learning, especially for the twins who did their first official online coding program. The tutors were always on time and reflected enthusiasm, tailoring the course based on the children’s interest and progress. A lot of learning has been acquired in only five hours for each! Most importantly, the children were proud that children from a disadvantaged background in Lebanon were getting the same chance as them to learn.”
– Rania H.
He can’t wait for his next course!
“My son really enjoyed his sessions with his tutor Hani during the Easter Break coding camp. He was happy to learn a new language – Python! – in such a short time and as a gamer, he was very proud to show us the game he built by the end of the camp. He can’t wait for his next course!”
– Ivana T.
CodeBrave will make the kids taking this course ready for said future
“I truly believe that CodeBrave is doing something great. They teach kids the valuable skill of coding all the while having a very fun experience. I also think that coding is going to become a very important skill in the future and that codebrave will make the kids taking this course ready for said future.”
– Karl D.
You have good teachers, very good teachers

It’s a basic skill for this generation
“The tutors have this encouraging approach with them that makes them feel ‘Oo yeah I’m good at coding! And so I’m going to keep going, whatever comes to me. I think it’s really really great – I wish everyone could understand that this is what makes a difference.”
“[What motivated me to purchase coding classes for Maya was] to prepare her for the future of work and because these skills are important. I kept hearing that coding was the future and that kids will need to learn this. It’s a good way to open up new degrees and jobs, and the earlier you start, the better the child grasps it.”
“This is a really important skill and they need at least a minimum knowledge about it. It’s a basic skill for this generation.”
– Rima Y.
The social impact is so beautiful
“Faten is very patient, and I salute her for her patience. I thought [Yousef] would be getting up every 5-10 mins but he sits for the whole hour, which for a 6-year-old tells me something… He’s happy with her.”
“[Yousef] is more tech-savvy than I thought – I was worried about how he’s going to use the mouse. His indications show me it’s going well.”
“We loved the social impact. That attracted us the most initially, and the learning of coding, and the fact it’s online so there is no travel time to go to the class. And the quality. At the end, they always show me what he learned – the game – and I see his satisfaction. It’s not like he’s studying 1+1=2 and then he doesn’t know how to use it. He’s seeing the instant use of what he’s learning, unlike our generation who were like ‘How are we going to use this information?'”
“The social impact is so beautiful. In the world we’re living in now, we want to help in any way that we can. How better than doing it while helping our own children – the two dearest things to us – the world and our children.”

Incredible work that Ali, my son’s tutor, did over few months
“During the pandemic, I started looking from London for online coding courses for my 10-year-old son and wanted to see if we can do that with someone in Lebanon as the country’s economical situation was very challenging. I came across Codebrave and was very impressed by the work they are doing in the country. I reached out and was very pleased that they were excited to provided online classes. So I am writing this message not just to say thank you for Codebrave but to highlight the incredible work that Ali, my son’s tutor, did over few months. I don’t know from where to start but my son enjoyed every single session. Ali made him love coding and my son was looking forward to each session. Ali showed outstanding committment and an ability to connect with my son, across different levels (Minecraft / science / robotics), despite all classes being over Zoom. I was very impressed with everything he taught my son and the ease with which they connected coding with robotics and made the experience a very tangible one. Following a short summer break, my son is looking forward to the next level, Python. Ali, thank you!”

What a fun way of learning coding!
“What a fun way of learning coding, Elsa and Sophie grasped the concepts very quickly! The program took them through a clearly explained process to create games on their own, while having a fantastic time doing activities that they personally enjoy! We are definitely signing up for more..”
– Rasha A.

Dahlia and Raffi are so enthusiastic about it, they wait for their class
“They learn a lot of things and when they compare it to their school subject matters, it’s like, they find it more fun. There is a lot of enthusiasm.”
“They feel like they are doing something, they are achieving something. They come out of class saying ‘It went by very fast, it was fun!'”
“I cannot assess what they are learning, but I know that they are [learning] and I can see how happy they are when they come out of class.”
– Rania H.
The tutors were always very engaging and listening to the kids
“Being trained as an engineer myself, I saw the need to understand what’s involved, you need to understand what people can and cannot do and how much time things would take – it’s an important skill. Noah and Elliot being quite into science, I think it’s important for them to learn some coding.”
“Elliot’s favourite course was the one about encryption and hacking. I think because it was organised like a game, having to solve puzzles. That made it really interesting to him.”
“The tutors were always very engaging and listening to the kids and making sure that each step was understood before moving on. Taking the time to recap what was done in the previous session or during the session. They made it effective.”
– Thomas T.
I like the punctuality and I like how everything is very planned and structured
“Coding is very important, it’s the language of the future. It’s part and parcel of the curriculum in the UK and I wanted to equip her with the skills.”
“After the first lesson, I found the teacher was very patient.”
“I like the punctuality and I like how everything is very planned and structured.”

We loved the classes and we loved Eliana
“We loved the classes and we loved Eliana, she explained things really well, she’s so bright, such a nice energy. She really cared about the kids and would make it fun, like for Leo it was always about football stuff and she’d remembered everything he liked which was really nice. We genuinely loved the classes. They do a little bit of coding at school and ours definitely benefitted from their classes with you guys.”

Overall a positive feedback, good attitude
“Took a couple of hours with Paolo. The brief was: I wanted to be trained so as not to give access to a developer (because of sensitive info); wanted help to clear bugs with GooglePay and ApplePay; had done integration but payment wasn’t going through. Paolo and I looked at integration together, and found it had already been done properly and actually worked, it just neeed time to integrate, so that solved itself. The second thing was to customize look of the buttons – Paolo said that without entering the dashboard he couldn’t help. He was very patient and nice to work with, very available. He seemed to know what she was talking about and had good intentions. Did research on his own time, which I appreciated. He perhaps didn’t knew that she had already done the integration. Overall a positive feedback, good attitude, but probably if he had more experience he could have helped with the customization.”

I’ve learnt a lot and i’m always having a good time in the lessons
“I’ve been doing CodeBrave tutors classes for over a year now and I’ve studied different kinds of codes. I’ve learned a lot and I’m always having a good time in the lessons. it’s helped me understand how to program and create things online. it’s also so good to know that every time we have a lesson we’re helping a refugee child in Lebanon to learn to code and to give him a new and better chance.”
– Willem V.
Jake enjoyed his sessions and Ali’s approach gave Jake both the confidence and skills he needed prior to his mock exams enabling him to pull up his predicted grade
“We used Codebrave to help my son Jake with his A-level Computer Science. He had not done GCSE Computer Science so needed help with coding and understanding Python. Ali was a fabulous tutor – Jake enjoyed his sessions and Ali’s approach gave Jake both the confidence and skills he needed prior to his mock exams enabling him to pull up his predicted grade.”
– Jake’s mom, Nicki B.
Eliana is a very good teacher… when the girls come home from school very tired and they can’t wait to start the extracurricular activity – that’s the best
“I like that [my 7 and 9 year old daughters] are so excited and interested in such a very difficult subject. At the beginning, they were playing and now they are doing much more complicated things. They play but they are learning very important things.”
“Eliana is very focused on the girls, she is a very good teacher. Also the availability with our timings and she was very nice to understand our needs.”
“The important thing is that I see the girls very excited and when they come home from school very tired and they can’t wait to start the extracurricular activity – that’s the best.”

My son gets upset and frustrated when he gets things wrong, and the teacher really knew how to deal with that
“I liked the teacher a lot, we only got the chance to meet one teacher and he was wonderful. He was very patient and knew how to keep Nadeem engaged and interested. Ali always has a way to challenge him and get him going.”
“My son gets upset and frustrated when he gets things wrong, and the teacher really knew how to deal with that.”
“When I think about coding, I think about hard and complicated stuff, but it was very simple, very child friendly and fun.”
“I like that every time there is a new concept being introduced, it’s very smooth and there isn’t too much info being introduced at once. I like the pace of it.”
“At first I was told it was recommended for him to only take a 30 min class, and I said let’s try an hour and whenever he feels he needs to stop, he can stop, but he went on for an hour and he was completely fine, so this shows it’s really interesting, he wasn’t getting bored at all, and a few times he was telling Ali ‘I want more, don’t hang up, I want more!'”
“The good thing also is that I don’t need to be next to him. In other classes he’s taking, I always have to sit next to him and there are so many things I have to help with. He can do it independently, which is good.”
